In addition to its current contracts with the Office of the Federal Detention Trustee, a task order was issued for Creative Corrections to provide construction design, build, and monitoring of a private facility in Pahrump, Nevada, which is expected to house federal detainees. Creative Corrections was also awarded a one year extension to the current contract with the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which provides expert guidance to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Department with its attempt to resolve documented Civil Rights concerns as determined by the United States Department of Justice.
Creative Corrections was also recently awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Justice to serve as expert consultants to the review panel on the Prison Rape Elimination Act in connection with hearings to be conducted in regard to juvenile, federal and state prison and jail facilities. Further, just this month CC received a contract to provide expert witness and testimony to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Central District of California. Creative Corrections is very excited about many other potential partnerships currently being developed, and is looking forward to continued flourishing business with our existing partnerships.
