Hale Mills L.T.D. with more than three decades of successful projects, is one of the preeminent design-builders of correctional facilities in the United States. To date, the Hale Mills L.T.D. Construction Company has successfully completed 40 correctional facilities in the United States and over the last five years, the company has completed approximately $500 million in correctional construction work.
