A unique consortium has been formed to offer governments around the world an opportunity to partner with the private sector to address the overcrowded conditions in correctional facilities that have lead to human rights concerns.  The consortium offers governments a one stop option to finance, design, build, construct, monitor, consult, train and in some cases; manage/operate state of the art correctional facilities. The design of each project will be tailored to address the specific needs of each country. The consortium brings together a wealth of experience and experts in each of the different areas that is discussed in more detail below.

Creative Corrections was founded in September of 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada, a company that provides consulting services to state, local, and federal correctional systems throughout the United States and abroad.
